Step 1

Choose a method to configure your e-mail account: either online or directly from your Blackberry device.
Step 2

If you choose to configure your e-mail account directly from the device, access Blackberry’s Web site via the URL provided on the Blackberry.
Step 3

After accessing the Blackberry home page, you will see a prompt that requires you to select which login screen version you prefer to use. Follow other instructions as prompted.
Step 4

If you are configuring your e-mail account on your computer, go to Blackberry’s Web site (see Resources below) to see the detailed list of Blackberry-supported Internet service providers (ISPs). Select your current Internet service provider.
