How to Find a Quiet Beach on Acklins, Bahamas

Acklins island is in the southeast part of the Bahamas. There you'll have access to plenty of coastline. But where do you look if you're trying to find a quiet beach? Here are some suggestions.

1. When you are planning to take a trip to Acklins in the Bahamas, talk with the people who run the inn or guest house where you will be staying to determine whether or not there is a beach adjacent.
2. If they do not have direct access to the beach, ask if they have a shuttle available.
3. If neither of the above is the case, it is possible to find a quiet beach on Acklins by driving a rented car along the coastline of the island.
4. By traveling the coast, you will be able to find quiet beaches in the following areas: Rocky Point, Lovely Bay, Goodwill, Mason Bay, Golden Grove, Guana Cay and Samana Cave.
