Is your wedding day rapidly approaching and you still haven't decided on what to serve for the main dish? Maybe you should try fish. Generally, the meat is the heart of the main course. However, if you prefer fish or if there are people in attendance with dietary restrictions based on health or religious reasons, fish may replace meat. At the least, it could be offered as an alternative to meat. Follow these steps to choose a fish entree.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Decide if you want fish alone or fish in a dish or casserole.
Step2
Decide on the type of flavor you would like. Some people enjoy an herby taste
while others enjoy spicy.
Step3
Consider the other dishes that will be served and make sure the fish dish is in the same style. This step is even more important if other meat will be served along with fish.
Step4
Decide if you would like the fish baked, grilled or fried.
Step5
Consider what type of fish entrees you have enjoyed at other people's weddings. It is likely that other people enjoyed the dish as well and that your guests will be pleased with the choice.
Step6
Consult the person who will be preparing the entree and ask for his or her opinion. Often, the chef can shed new light on the fish entree you were intending to order and give you a different option.
