The groom's skin is every bit as important as the bride's. He will also be in most of the pictures, so you want him to look his best. Follow these steps to help the groom take care of his skin before the wedding.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Expert advice
  • Skin products for men
  • Time

Step1
Start this process months in advance. You do not want to start the program 1 or 2 weeks before the wedding only to discover that the groom is allergic to something in the product and breaks out in a rash that lasts for 3 weeks.
Step2
Take the groom to a professional who is knowledgeable about men's skin care needs. The make-up counter at the mall could be the right place to go. Just ask the person at the sales counter if he or she has ever worked with men before.
Step3
Decide how much you are willing to spend on the skin care. Then, select products based on that amount and the products you have been shown.
Step4
Be sure the groom knows exactly how to use the products.
Step5
Check in every once in a while to make sure the groom has not forgotten to use the skin products.

Tips & Warnings

  • Remember that men and women do not have the same skin care needs. Do not assume that what works for you will work for him.
