Things You'll Need:
- User name and password
- E-mail address
- A computer with internet access

Step 1
Direct your Internet browser to the Live Journal Web site.

In the upper right hand corner, click on “Create an Account.”

Click on the “Username” box and type in your desired username.

Click on the “Email address” box and type in your email address.

Click on the “Password” box and type in your desired password.

Click on the “Confirm Password” box and type in your desired password again, exactly as you did in the “Password” box.

Use the drop down menu labeled "Birthday" to select your month of birth, then click into the next box and type in the day you were born, then type in the year you were born.

Under the “Prove you’re Human” click on the open box and type in the mixed letter-number combination displayed in the grayish box above.

If you want to receive emails about Live Journal updates, make sure the box is checked beside “Site News.”

Click on the underlined “Terms of Service” and read the document thoroughly.

Click on the underlined “Privacy Policy” and read the document thoroughly.

Step 12
If you agree with both documents, click in the empty box beside “Legal stuff” to acknowledge your agreement to the policies.

Click on “Create Account.”
