Barbecue pork ribs are one of the most succulent, tender pork dishes you’ll ever eat. These deliciously spicy ribs are easy to make, with only 20 minutes preparation time and around 1 hour of cooking time.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 pounds pork ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Plastic bag
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Sharp knife
  • Pork ribs
  • Chili powder
  • Salt
  • Ground cumin
  1. Step 1

Preheat your grill to a high heat.

  2. Step 2

Combine the seasonings in a plastic bag.

  3. Step 3

Use a small sharp knife to trim away as much of the membrane from each rib as possible.

  4. Step 4

Place ribs in the plastic bag and shake to coat the meat. You’ll get the best results by shaking each slab of ribs individually.

  5. Step 5

Lay the seasoned ribs on the top rack of the grill then close the lid.

  6. Step 6

Reduce the heat to a medium setting then leave to cook for 45 minutes.

  7. Step 7

Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce then return to the grill for 15 minutes before serving.

Tips & Warnings
  • For super-spicy ribs, rub the spices into the meat instead of shaking them in the bag.
  • Put a baking sheet on the bottom rack of the grill to catch drips.
