on 6/17/2009 One pound of crab meat. One half pack of saltine crackers. one ounce of mustard and one ounce of miracle whip. Two tablespoons of Worstershire sauce. crush the crackers into very small pieces mix all ingredients together. This should make you 6 hamburger size crab cakes. Fry them in cast iron frying pan with some Olive oil. Fry them 7 or 8 minutes on each side.
