You can send your podcast to iWeb in GarageBand by selecting "Send to iWeb." This automatically creates a podcast episode.

Another way you can do this is: you can drag your podcast from the iLife Media Browser in iWeb.

Once iWeb reads your podcast, you can customize it. Youc an create a podcast series, or if you are adding a new episodes, you can add them as blog-style entries.

After you finish all the labeling and organization, all you have to do is click on the Publish button and iWeb puts your podcast on your .Mac account. With that one click, your podcast is on the web.

Pay special attention to your titles and summaries. Whenever you display your podcast, this is what listeners will need to go by in order to decide whether your podcast fits what they're looking for. Be clear and specific.
