How to Cheat at Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Part 1
In case you're having a spot of trouble with Vice City and need a little bit of a boost, the folks at Rockstar were kind enough to supply you with a wealth of cheat codes. Some are supremely useful, others can completely ruin your experience. Whichever cheat you use, make sure you REALLY want to use it and save before you do.

Most Useful Cheats

Tap in R1, R2, L1, X, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. This will give you max armor.

Punch R1, R2, L1, O, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. This gives you all your health back!

Click R1, R1, O, R2, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down. This ditches all your wanted stars.

Hit R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Down, Left to give yourself the tier 2 weapons. These are better than the tier 1 weapons, and in some cases, more useful than tier 3 weapons.

Press R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Down, Down to give yourself the tier 3 weapons. These are largely the most useful weapons.
Other Useful Cheats

Hit Right, Right, Left, Up, L1, L2, Left, Up, Down, Right to change clothes. This lowers you wanted level a little, and is handy if you want some new duds.

Press O, X, L1, L1, R2, X, X, O, Triangle to get any girls in the local area to follow you. They'll attack whoever you attack, and having a horde of groupies can be useful in other ways!

Use Right, L1, O, L2, Left, X, R1, L1, L1, X to give your groupies weapons. This is handy if you're low on weapons and don't feel like paying for them.

Type Triangle, Up, Right, Down, Square, R2, R1 to slow down time. This is the same effect as the pills, only it doesn't wear off.

Tips & Warnings
To get rid of most cheats, just use the cheat again. If the cheat cannot be turned off, you have to load a previous game where the cheat was not activated. This does not work on cheats that give you stuff, such as health, armor, weapons and cars.
