How to Make Beef and Biscuit Casserole

This is a recipe for Beef and Biscuit Casserole, a delightful family dinner entree that will yeild 5-6 servings.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8-oz package creme cheese, softened
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup catsup
1 can biscuits
  1. Step 1

    Saute beef and onions in skillet until brown

  2. Step 2

    Drain beef

  3. Step 3

    Combine milk, soup and cream cheese in bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Add salt, catsup and beef; mix well.

  5. Step 5

    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.

  6. Step 6

    Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

  7. Step 7

    Place biscuits on top.

  8. Step 8

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown.
