How to Make Beef and Biscuit Casserole

This is a recipe for Beef and Biscuit Casserole, a delightful family dinner entree that will yeild 5-6 servings.

Things You'll Need

• 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8-oz package creme cheese, softened
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup catsup
1 can biscuits

Instructions

1. Saute beef and onions in skillet until brown

2. Drain beef

3. Combine milk, soup and cream cheese in bowl.

4. Add salt, catsup and beef; mix well.

5. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.

6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

7. Place biscuits on top.

8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown.
