How to make a better (we/e)how

Ehow/Wehow have information in categories and even a text search, but with so much information, there needs to be a better way.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

1. Show only the titles and user rating. This will allow members to scan topics faster. Then when the person clicks a topic, the text displays without messing up the list being looked at.
2. Have a category for most recent articles and a category for top rated calculated by rating and number of votes. A rating of 100% with 1 vote will be far less than 100% with 20 votes.
