You can purchase a domain name from GoDaddy and have another company host your Web site. Using the "Manage Domains" function will allow you to specify the nameservers of the hosting company.
You will need to obtain the information on the nameservers from your third-party hosting company if you want to set up your domains to point to another company's servers.
