Yahoo! HotJobs is one of the most respected online job resources on the Web, with a long history of connecting job seekers with employers. Listings are current and comprehensive, and employers looking to reach a broad audience of highly desirable employees need only to complete a simple process in order to begin posting jobs.

Computer with Internet connection
Credit card for payment

Begin the Yahoo! HotJobs Job Posting Process

Step 1

Log on to the Yahoo! HotJobs homepage (see Resources below).
Step 2

Click on "Employers: Post Jobs."
Step 3

Enter a specific location for the job listings or select from a provided list.
Step 4

Select the number of job ads you wish to buy, and click "Add to Order."
Step 5

Confirm the order, and when you're ready, click "Checkout."
Step 6

Sign in with your username and password. If you're a new customer, fill out the requested information and hit "Continue."
Step 7

Fill out all required information, including payment details, and click "Verify Order." Be sure to read and agree to the Yahoo! HotJobs service agreement and click the checkbox.
Step 8

Follow the instructions to post your job listings.

If you're not a fan of online forms, you can call (877) HOT-JOBS to complete this process. A live representative will walk you through the required steps, and you can purchase job ad packs this way as well.
