Instructions

Book Lodging at or Near Targhee

Step1
Stay in one of three on-site lodges at Grand Targhee. These are located close to the lifts so you can glide or hike home from the slopes to your resort digs in the Targhee, Sioux or Teewinot Lodges. Prices range from moderate to expensive. All accommodations booked for the winter include lift passes.
Step2
Book lodging close to the resort. Luxury condominiums and rental homes are located nearby and serviced by a quick shuttle-bus trip to the slopes. Vacation rental rates are generally expensive.
Step3
Book your lodging reservations by calling (800) 827-4433 or online at the resort Web site (see Resources below).

Arrange Transportation to Grand Targhee

Step1
Get to Grand Targhee from Jackson Hole, Wyoming, about 42 miles east of the resort. If you are coming from Idaho, the resort is about 87 miles northeast of Idaho Falls.
Step2
Book a flight on an airline which serves the Jackson Hole airport, located within the boundaries of the national park.
Step3
Take the airport shuttle provided by the Grand Targhee Resort from the airport in Jackson Hole or from Idaho Falls in nearby Idaho. The shuttle requires advance reservations and you must be a guest of resort accommodations.
Step4
Take the bus from Idaho Falls on Wednesdays throughout the season. The SNO' SCAPE Bus requires reservations. The phone number can be found on the resort's Web site.

Enjoy Your Ski Trip to Grand Targhee

Step2
