Located in Northern Wisconsin, Keyes Peak Ski Hill is a quaint little ski area operated by the Florence County Forestry and Parks Department. Book a ski trip here and kick back in a charming log cabin or stay in nearby Florence, Wisconsin. With five trails and a snow-tubing park, you're sure to spend a fun day in the snow at Keyes Peak Ski Hill.

Book Your Trip to Keyes Peak

Step1
Book accommodations by contacting the Wisconsin Department of Tourism online (see Resources below) or by calling (800) 432-8747.
Step2
Get the current weather conditions and an extended forecast for Florence, Wisconsin, at Weather.com (see Resources below). While Keyes Peak does not currently offer an updated snow report, you can call the area at (715) 528-3228 for information.
Step3
Book a room in a hotel or motel off Hwy 2 in Florence, Wisconsin, or Hwy 139 in Long Lake, Wisconsin.
Step4
Book a rustic cottage or cabin in nearby Keyes Lake, Spread Eagle or Tipler.
Step5
Book a room at one of the bed and breakfasts in the area. Compare rates in Florence and Spread Eagle, Wisconsin.
Step6
Rough it at the Keyes Lake Campground just minutes from Keyes Peak Ski Hill. Park the RV or book one of the sleeper-only cabins at an affordable price.
Step7
Travel 4 miles south of Florence on Hwy 101 to reach Keyes Peak in the heart of Wisconsin.

Ski all day for cheap. Buy an adult lift ticket during the week and during weekends and holidays for less than most other local ski areas offer.
Step2
Act like a kid again. Rent an inner tube and hit the 230-foot vertical drop face-first for hours of old-fashioned fun.
Step3
Rent a snowboard! You know you've always wanted to try it, and with plenty of beginner slopes and affordable rentals, Keyes Peak is the perfect place to give snowboarding a whirl.
Step4
Pack light for your trip by leaving your skis at home and renting instead. An entire package including skis, boots and poles is priced reasonably at Keyes Peak rental shops.

Tips & Warnings

  • Bring your student I.D. for a substantial lift ticket discount.
  • Keyes Peak does not currently offer a way to book lift tickets online.
  • There are no water hook-ups for RVs at Keyes Lake Campground, but there are shower facilities.
