Book your ski trip to Camp 10 and enjoy some of the best scenery in Northern Wisconsin as you make your way down the slopes. Situated just outside of Tomahawk and Rhinelander, Wisconsin, Camp 10 boasts an exceptional ski school, a family-friendly vibe and a newly renovated terrain park. Strap on snowshoes, trek across the hill on cross-country skis, show off your tricks on a snowboard or snap into a pair of downhill skis for a day of winter fun.

Book Your Ski Trip to Camp 10

Step1
Book accommodations by contacting the Wisconsin Department of Tourism online (see Resources below) or by calling directly at (800) 432-8747.
Step2
Look for lodges and cabin rentals in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, along the shores of Half Moon Lake, Lake Mohawksin, Crystal Lake and Thunder Lake.
Step3
Park the RV along Lake Alice at convenient campgrounds. You'll find daily rates that are quite affordable, even including full hook-ups.
Step4
Compare rates on Rhinelander, Wisconsin, hotels and motels along Kemp Street, Shore Drive and North Stevens Street, where you'll find both standard chain motels as well as lodge-themed luxury hotels.

Get to Know Camp 10 Ski and Snowboard Resort

Step1
Check rates for lift tickets. Keep in mind adults 18 and over pay more for a day pass than kids who are 18 and under. Also know that night skiing is more affordable than a day pass.
Step2
Rent ski equipment from the pro shop if you don't feel like bringing your own skis to Camp 10. Keep in mind snowboard packages cost more than ski packages.
Step3
Check the Camp 10 snow report and extended weather forecast online (see Resources below).
Step4
Reach W1604 Camp Ten Rd. in Rhinelander from Highway 17 or County A.
Step5
Start the day off right by taking a quick lesson at the Camp 10 ski school, which offers lessons from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Step6
Prepare yourself for a 240-foot vertical drop and an 1,800-foot run!

  • Scour the Internet for special ski and stay packages from Tomahawk area hotels and motels.
  • Camp 10 does not currently offer online booking for lift tickets or accommodations.
  • Book your accommodations online and you'll often get a range of bonuses, like local discount lift tickets.
  • Camp 10 offers daytime skiing from 9:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and night skiing on Fridays from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Save money by buying a family lift pass for four.
  • Eagle Scouts and Gold Star Scouts ski free anytime.
