Canaan Valley Resort is a winter playground offering just about everything under the sun. 6. Expect to pay more for lift tickets during the holidays. If you're on a budget, you can save a considerable amount by coming to Canaan Valley Resort in the off-season.
7. Rent your equipment a few days at a time to save money. Rentals are moderately priced and include all the gear you'll need, from boots to skis to poles. Prices are higher over the holidays.
8. Get a one-hour airboarding lesson, two hours of play time, equipment rental and a lift ticket for a reasonable price, and come away with a new skill!
