Visit the resort Web site and view the 'Rentals and Lodging' page to read up on available properties and view the rates, which are fairly reasonable (see Resources below).
-
Step 2
Choose from condos or hotel rooms when you stay at Massanutten. If you're in a larger group, a condo is ideal--the most spacious ones have four bedrooms, full kitchens, fireplaces, decks and hot tubs.
-
Step 3
Plan for a group of 25 or more when you Go Skiing in Massanutten, Virginia, but make your plans in advance. 25 slope-use tickets must be purchased to qualify for group rates. See the Web site for more details or call 1-800-207-MASS. You may also email snowgroups@massresort.com.

Step 2
Finish your finals and hit the slopes. If you book a ski trip as a college student, you'll qualify for a discounted season pass. Be sure to bring your student I.D. card.

Step 3
Refer to the Web site before you leave for current snow conditions (see Resources below). You'll find this info under the 'Snowsports' link.

Step 4
Pick up a snowtube at the resort if you want an alternative to skiing or snowboarding. In fact, Massanutten was among the first resorts in the area to provide tubing for visitors.
