Book your lodging by calling Washington State Tourism at 1-800-544-1800 or using its official Web site (see Resources below). Click on 'Accommodations' on the main page, then choose the 'View Listings' link. Lodgings are listed alphabetically, so click through to 'O' for 'Oroville.' Here you'll find a very limited number of accommodations.

Step 2
Park your RV in one of three nearby parks, or rent a rustic cabin at a local ranch. Enjoy the fresh air and wide open spaces for budget rates.

Book a flight into a major airport in Seattle, Spokane or Vancouver. Oroville is located quite a distance from each of these airports, but Spokane is the closest.

Book a rental car to make the trip north to Oroville, situated on the Canadian border. Get driving directions by calling Sitzmark Lifts at 1-509-485-3323.

Consider buying season passes if you plan to frequent Sitzmark Lifts, Washington often. A season pass costs roughly the equivalent of 8 daily chairlift tickets. There are also discounts available for children and seniors.

Challenge yourself with some Nordic skiing. Sitzmark Lifts has over 22 km of cross-country terrain.

Look forward to a summit of 4,950 feet and a vertical drop of 650 feet at Sitzmark Lifts.
