Create Your Itinerary for Seven Springs Mountain

Step1
Arrive by late afternoon to hit the slopes for an evening ski. All packages come with unlimited skiing from 4:30 p.m. the day you arrive until 7 p.m. the day you leave.
Step2
Plan a December or March trip for the lowest cost, but prepare for lesser ski quality and less snow overall.
Step3
Join the competitive fun by booking a trip during January, February and March, when weekly ski and snowboarding events keep Seven Springs bustling with on and off slope activity.

Hit the Slopes in Seven Springs Mountain

Step1
Buy discount twilight tickets for the 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. timeframe, and ski to your heart's content for less. The slopes get most crowded in the afternoon, so book night skiing tickets if this bothers you.
Step2
Purchase multi-day passes if you'll be in town a few days to get more bang for your buck.
Step3
Save a bundle on a beginner's package, but know you'll be limited to a couple of the easiest runs if you do.

Tips & Warnings

  • Save big money by booking one of the many package deals available on the Seven Springs Mountain Web site (see Resources below).
  • Book any weekend trip during peaks months January, February and March as far in advance as you can, bearing in mind this is Pennsylvania's most popular ski destination.
  • Seniors over 80 ski free.
  • Early season can spell bare spots on the mountain and foil your ski trip--check snow reports in advance (see Resources below).
  • Check the weather report for passable roads before venturing out, as you could find yourself stranded down the mountain shy of a passing blizzard if you're not careful!
