Book Your Trip to Mt. Hood Skibowl
Step1
Visit the Mt. Hood SkiBowl Web site, which will give you the resources to book your ski trip, including lift tickets, equipment rentals and overnight accommodations at the rustic yet luxurious local resort (see Resources below). You can also use the Web site to check on snow conditions. The telephone number is 1-800-SKIBOWL for those who prefer to call.
Step2
Use the 'Central Reservations' link on the Mt. Hood Skibowl Web site to book accommodations at the local resort online. You may also call 1-888-422-4776 to make reservations. Although normal rates tend to be expensive, you will receive special discounts and packages if you book weekday travel.
Step3
Book bunk-style accommodations at the local Mt. Hood hostel. Rates are cheap by any standards. You can book online through the Skibowl Web site or by calling 1-888 865-4597.
Step4
Use the Web site of the Oregon Tourism Commission to find alternate lodging accommodations in Mt. Hood (see Resources below).
Step5
Book your flight travel into Portland International Airport, which is about a two-hour drive from the Mt. Hood SkiBowl.
Step6
Consider one of the many shuttle services located in the Mt. Hood area, such as the Mt. Hood Fusion Shuttle and the Porch to Powder Shuttle, for getting around to the various resorts and small towns.

Rent a car from the airport terminal, which will be the easiest way for you to get to the Hood River recreational areas in the Eastern part of Oregon.

Rent a snowmobile or a K2 snowbike to spice up your skiing vacation, or take your snowboard to one of the terrain parks.

Investigate one of the many racing classes offered by the resort that are designed for young skiers who want to push the envelope.

Test your endurance and skill by skiing down the Skyline Trail, which is three miles long.
