Book Your Trip to Hoodoo
Step1
Visit the official Web site of the Hoodoo Ski Resort (see Resources below) for information on the daily conditions, specials and reservations. Make your reservations for your ski trip over the phone by calling 541-822-3799, since the Web site does not allow you to book online.
Step2
Reserve a room at one of the large hotels and lodges that are within a 20 to 30 minute drive from Hoodoo Ski Resort. Rates are usually relatively inexpensive. Book accommodations in Central Oregon online through the Oregon Tourism Commission Web site (see Resources below).
Step3
Consider bringing your recreational vehicle to Hoodoo. Overnight parking is free at the resort when you purchase lift tickets and rent equipment.
Step4
Rent a car at the airport terminal, which will be the most efficient way to get around central Oregon, which can be quite remote.
Step5
Book your air travel into any of the major cities in Oregon, such as Portland or Eugene/Salem, which is just a two-hour drive west of Hoodoo ski resort.
Arrive at Hoodoo

Check with the local ski patrol and ask them to advise you on the skiing conditions for the day.

Join Club Hoodoo, which will allow you to get lower rates on lift tickets, rentals and accommodations.
Step3
Stay warm inside the lodge, which has a deli, pizza parlor and a restaurant with a bar.
Step4
Visit the Powder Shoppe, where you can get outfitted for downhill and Nordic skiing or snowboarding.
Hit the Slopes at Hoodoo
Step1
Spend a day tubing with the kids at the Hoodoo Autobahn Tubing Park, which features 16 runs that are over 800 feet long.
Step2
Check out the many programs designed for disabled skiers at Hoodoo, which are sponsored by Oregon Adaptive Sports (OAS).
Step3
Test your cross-country skiing skills on the Skyliner Trail, which stretches more than eight km.
