Bristol Mountain Ski Resort is the largest mountain in the Western New York area. The resort offers 6 ski lifts and a wide variety of trails that are sure to please skiers of all experience levels. Conveniently located approximately 36 miles south of Rochester, New York, Bristol Mountain is a wonderful place to book your next skip trip.

Book Lodging at Bristol Mountain

Step1
Book lodging by visiting the Bristol Mountain Web site (see Resources below), or by calling them directly at 585-374-6000.
Step2
Know that Bristol Mountain, New York, has partnered with a number of local hotels that offer a variety of package deals. These include lodges, motels and inns, with prices ranging from cheap to expensive.
Step3
Stay closer to Bristol Mountain by reserving a spot at the North Star Village. These furnished units are townhouses. Each of them is equipped with a kitchen, fireplace, television and laundry facility. Guests can choose between 2 or 3 bedroom units. Prices are moderately expensive.

Get to Know Bristol Mountain

Step1
Land at Rochester International Airport, then take the SR 5/20 East to the SR 64 South. Bristol Mountain is about 10 miles to the right.

Know that Bristol Mountain has a summit elevation of 2,200 feet and features an impressive vertical rise of 1,200 feet.
Step3
Enjoy 33 different slopes and trails, ranging from novice to expert. Bristol Mountain also features 2 half-pipes and a 2-mile run.

Step1
Check the Bristol Mountain snow report by visiting their Web site and clicking on 'Get Full Report' (see Resources below).
Step2
Discover the trails before you get there! Visit the Bristol Mountain Web site and click on "About Us," then "Virtual Trail Map" (see Resources below). This will bring up an interactive map that allows visitors to see a map and video of the trails.
Step3
Purchase lift tickets, ski packages and season passes directly from the Bristol Mountain Web site (see Resources below).
Step4
Take your kids with you. Bristol Mountain offers a number of kid oriented programs, including lessons, camps and even childcare service.
