4. Take trips down the slopes at your own pace. Snow Snake has plenty of different trails available that are ranked based on difficulty level. 30 percent of the slopes are designed for beginners, 45 percent are for intermediates and 10 percent of the slopes are set up for expert skiers.

7. Drive north for about an hour and 10 minutes from Saginaw, Michigan to reach Snow Snake Mountain by automobile. Take U.S. 127 for easy access to Snow Snake.
