Step1
Contact the Grand Rapids Convention and Visitors Bureau at (800) 678-9859 for a listing of accommodations. You can also book online at its Web site (see Resources below). You'll find a large number of inexpensive to moderately priced chain hotels, some of which have views of the Grand River.

Choose lodging near the ski area. Rockford is located to the north of Grand Rapids, so you may want to select 'northwest' or 'northeast' from the Visitors Bureau's 'Select Desired Region' drop-down menu. You could also select 'U.S. 131 Corridor' from the drop-down menu for an easy drive to Pando Winter Sports Park, since the park is located off of U.S. 131.

Fly into the Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Rent a car to enjoy the drive between your accommodations and the ski area.
