    Contact the Grand Haven/Spring Lake Area Visitors Bureau at (800)303-4092 for a listing of local accommodations. Staff will help you select a motel or bed and breakfast near Mulligan's Hollow. You can also conveniently book through the Bureau's Web site (see Resources below).

  2. Step 2

    Look forward to extremely inexpensive lodging. While some of the accommodations in the area are moderately priced, most are budget. You'll find plenty of familiar chain hotels and motels nearby.

  3. Step 3

    Splurge on romance and luxury when you book a room at an area bed and breakfast. Stay on the waterfront in a historic, Victorian-style manse, or enjoy fantastic lighthouse-and-lake views for moderate to expensive rates.

    Fly into the Grand Haven Municipal Airport. Rent a car to drive to the Mulligan's Hollow Ski Bowl. The resort is located in Grand Haven on Y Drive.

    Improve your skill level by taking a Ski League class at Mulligan's Hollow Ski Bowl. A Junior League for children and an Adult League both require a 5-week commitment and involve instruction and actual competitions.

    Enjoy the NASTAR races. Competition is keen and the action is fast. Contact the resort for participation rates.

    Watch the snow being made. The annual snowfall for the area is 60 inches, so the majority of the snow on the slopes is man-made.

    Go snowmobiling on some of the area's many snowmobile trails. Snowmobiling is wildly popular in this area of Michigan.
