Ski Snowstar is a family-oriented resort facility located just minutes from the Quad Cities in Illinois. Nestled in Coal Creek Valley some 528 feet above the Mississippi River, Ski Snowstar offers skiing and snowboading typically from early December through mid March. Visitors will enjoy favorable ski conditions, challenging terrain, short lift lines and a warm and friendly staff that will help to make your ski trip a memorable one.

Fly to Eastern Iowa-Cedar Rapids Airport or Chicago O'Hare International Airport, respectively 77 and 175 miles from Ski Snowstar.

Make your way along Illinois Route 92 to Andalusia, then follow the signs to Ski Snowstar. From the Quad cities, Ski Snowstar is just minutes away by car via Interstates 80, 74 and 280.

Enjoy Ski Snowstar

Step1
Visit the on-site pro shop and choose from over 1,250 shaped skis, 250 snowboards and other equipment to rent for the duration of your visit.
Step2
Drop by the Learning Center and work with one of 65 instructors to arrange a private or group lesson. The center is also the place to enroll your children in any one of their many Kids Programs.
Step3
Hit the slopes day or night, seven days a week, and enjoy one of 14 trails of varying skill levels.
Step4
Spend the day honing your aerial skills on any of the terrain's rails, fun boxes, spines, table tops, hips jumps, quarter pipes or rollers.
Step5
Enjoy over 28 acres of navigable terrain and feel the rush of Ski Snowstar's 252-foot vertical drop.
