Choose from a wide range of accommodations, from luxurious chalets and inns to budget and chain hotels.

Fly into Vail/Eagle County Airport. If you don't mind the drive, fly into Denver, Colorado and drive an easy two hours west along Interstate 70.

Book a ski lesson to learn the ropes or brush up on your skills. If you prefer private lessons, reservations are highly recommended. Fill out a reservation request online or call (800) 475-4543 or (970) 479-4300.

Avoid long lines and the possibility of no availability by purchasing lift tickets and season passes online. Browse Vail's Web site for special savings on tickets and passes.

Rent your ski or snowboard equipment online to avoid long lines and to ensure the availability of the equipment you want. You can also rent equipment on-site at six different locations throughout the resort.

Hop on to Vail's Web site for current snow and weather conditions. Watch a daily video report of trail and powder conditions. You can also call Vail's snow report line at (970) 476-4888.

Take a virtual tour of Vail's mountainsides and experience Vail without leaving your desk.

Download and study Vail's trail map. Vail is an enormous resort. Learn your way around so you won't be overwhelmed.

Strike a pose when you see a Vail photographer. Later on, make your way to the SharpShooter Imaging store to see if you were caught in action.

Save a spot for your children at Vail's childcare nursery. Children aged two months to six years of age are allowed. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling (970) 479-3285 or sending an email to gpsmallworld@vailresorts.com.
