Book Lodging at Beaver Creek

Step1
Book lodging for your ski trip by visiting the Beaver Creek Web site (see Resources below). Or call (888) 830-SNOW.
Step2
Use the interactive lodging map on the Beaver Creek Web site to learn the locations of area lodging options (see Resources below).
Step3
Choose from luxurious hotels to cozy cabins right on the mountain. Prices range from moderate to expensive.
Step4
Save money by staying in nearby Avon or Edwards.

Get to Know Beaver Creek

Step1
Fly into Vail/Eagle County Airport. From there, the drive to the Beaver Creek Resort is about 20 minutes.
Step2
Leave the driving to someone else. Book a shuttle service to take you from the airport to your hotel. Then rely on the excellent free shuttles in town to take you from peak to peak.
Step3
Know that Beaver Creek's highest summit elevation is 11,440 feet, with a vertical rise of 4,040 feet.
Step4
Ski on 148 trails and take advantage of Beaver Creek's 16 lifts.

Prepare for the Slopes at Beaver Creek

Step1
Check the Beaver Creek snow report by visiting their Web site (see Resources below) and clicking on "Current Conditions."

Enroll in the Beaver Creek Ski School if you're new to the sport or haven't been on skis or a snowboard in a while. Classes are available for skiers of all levels.

Bring a boarding pass to any Beaver Creek lift ticket window that shows your flight into Vail/Eagle County airport and receive a complimentary same-day ticket.

  • Apply sunblock generously on all exposed skin. The sun's rays are strong in Beaver Creek, and you can get sunburned even on an overcast day.
