Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

Book Travel on Western Express Air

Step1
Read over the Web site (see Resources below). Westwind Aviation's site provides information on flight schedules, their airplane (a luxurious Cessna 208 Grand Caravan) and destinations served. You can also book your travel on Western Express Air and pay online with their Web-based booking system. Just have a valid major credit card on hand and you are all set to secure your tickets.
Step2
Use the telephone. You can also book travel on Westwind Aviation by calling the airline at (866) 887-5969 and speaking with a customer service representative. Your representative will go over flight times and destinations with you and will take your credit card information over the telephone.
Step3
Speak to a company representative to arrange a charter flight on this airline, which Westwind Aviation provides in addition to its scheduled flights. Expect this service to be expensive.

Know What to Expect on Western Express Air

Step1
Eat before you board. Because flights on Westwind Aviation are short in duration, there are no meals served during flights. However, you will find a small selection of snacks and drinks available on the flight if you happen to get hungry during the short flight.
Step2
Stop looking for the flight attendant, since you won't find one here. The flights on Westwind Aviation are generally too short to require this service.
Step3
Get to the gate on time. You will need to be present at the gate and ready to board your flight at least 15 minutes prior to take off. Make sure you adhere to this rule, or you may not be allowed to board the plane.

Tips & Warnings

  • Book your flight online for the quickest service.
  • Westwind Aviation does not fly every day of the week. Check the airline's Web site for flight schedules to make sure service is scheduled on the day you want to travel.
