Book Your Travel on Southwest Airlines

Step1
Call (800) I-FLY-SWA to book your reservations via telephone. Tickets will typically be quite affordable. You can also find out any account and Rapid Rewards information through this number, as well as get your general questions answered.
Step2
Use the list boxes to select your departure and destination cities, your travel and return dates and the number of passengers in your party. Then click the "Go to Next Step--Select Flight" button.
Step3
Choose your fare and flight. Note that there are several different kinds of fares that range in price and flexibility. You can click on the highlighted fares to read a detailed description. When finished with this page, click the ''Go to Next Step--Price'' button at the bottom of the page.
Step4
View your total fare and flight routing information. If you're satisfied with everything, go ahead and click on the ''Go to Next Step--USA Purchase'' or the ''Go to Next Step--International Purchase'' button. If you wish to make changes, go back to the previous page or click the ''Start Over'' button to begin anew.
Step5
Complete your travel arrangements by entering your passenger, payment and contact information on the next screen. Make sure everything is correct (including your email address) before clicking the ''I Want to Purchase This Air Travel'' button.
Step6
Check your email for confirmation of your reservations. Print and keep this document in a safe place and bring it with you to the airport.
Step7
Visit the Southwest Airlines Web site to book your tickets (see Resources below). Then click on the ''Reservations'' tab from the top menu to launch the ''Ticketless Traveler'' page.
