    Go online to view the British Airways Web site (see Resources below). You can find flight schedules, study route maps and check current arrival times--a handy feature if you are planning to pick up someone from the airport.

    A ticket reservation system is built into the Web site. While booking your flight, you also can specify travel particulars and special needs, book hotel accommodations and reserve ground transportation.

    You can book your flight over the phone. If you're already in the UK, call Reservations and General Inquiries at +44 (0) 870 850 9 850.

  4. Step 4

    If you are calling from the United States, dial toll-free, 1-800-AIRWAYS. Representatives are available daily from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m., EST.

  5. Step 5

    For groups of 10 or more, British Airways requests that you make reservations through a local travel agent rather than online or by phone.
