Book Travel on Air Southwest

Visit the Air Southwest Web site (see Resources below) to check flight times to current destinations. You can also view a comprehensive "Frequently Asked Questions" list for many of your airline concerns.

Book travel via the convenient reservations system built into the Web site. You can specify your arrival and departure locations, number of passengers and travel dates. You also can click the "Low fare finder'" link on the Web site to search for discount fares.
Step3
Book your tickets by calling Air Southwest at 011 (+44) 0 870 241 8202 (see Tips below). Remember the time difference before placing your call. You can also e-mail the airline at customer-relations@airsouthwest.com.

Make sure you have your identification handy when you check in. Valid identification includes a passport, drivers' license or government identification. See the Web site for more details.

Check in for your flight at least 30 minutes before departure. Passengers checking in any later will be refused seating. You won't receive a refund.
