Book Your Travel on UM Air

Step1
Book your ticket through one of UM Air's ticket offices. The company's main office is located in Kiev at 7 Shulyavskaya Street.
Step2
Study the fleet of planes that UM Air operates. This will help you make a selection when you speak with an agent. Your options include the following aircraft: A-320, DC-9, Tupolev-134 and Antonov-24.
Step3
The UM Air's A-320 is comfortable and cost effective and offers both economy and business class seating options.
Step4
The American made DC-9 has modern amenities and special noise control features. Regular and charter flights are available on this craft.
Step5
Reserve your business or family trip on the Tupolev-134. This business class plane has very roomy cabins, modern facilities and offers European dining.

Navigate the Airport in Kiev

Step1
Travel to the Boryspil International Airport. You can take a local shuttle bus to the airport or use the Autolux buses in Kiev.
Step2
Make your way to the appropriate airport terminal using the signs. Terminal A services domestic flights, while terminal B is reserved for international flights.
Step3
Visit the check-in desk to obtain your boarding pass and pertinent flight information. The Boryspil International Airport allows travelers to check in 2 1/2 hours prior to departure, though travelers must check in at least 40 minutes before their departure time.
Step4
Bring the necessary documents. International flights arriving in the Ukraine will pass through passport control, and travelers will need to show either a valid entry visa or a national passport and a legalized invitation from Ukraine. Travelers on domestic flights must carry their passports.
Step5
Visit the 24-hour luggage check-in on the ground floor of Terminal B to get assistance with your baggage for traveling.

Tips & Warnings

  • Schedule a taxi pickup any time of day at the airport. Visit the order desks located near the main entrance of Terminal B.
  • The UM Air Web site does not allow you to book your air travel online.
  • The majority of the Ukraine's international flights go through Boryspil Airport. To accommodate the volume it has a newly expanded Terminal B. Allow for extra time when visiting this busy airport.
