  • Passport

    Book Your DirektFlyg Ticket

  1. Step 1

Book your ticket through the DirektFlyg Web site (see Resources below). You can also book via telephone by calling 011 (+46) (0)243 444. This is a Swedish phone number.

  2. Step 2

Book a Pensionar ticket if you are at least 65 years of age.

  3. Step 3

Book a round-trip ticket and get a 50 percent discount for accompanying family members.

  4. Step 4

Book a student ticket if you are a student between 12 and 25 years of age. Student tickets cannot be changed and are nonrefundable.

  5. Step 5

Book a Direkt2 ticket to save money. Direkt2 tickets are always round-trip and cannot be changed or refunded within two days of departure.

  6. Step 6

Book a Direkt4 ticket if you are planning at least a two-night round-trip stay. Direkt4 tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be changed within four days of departure.

  7. Step 7

Book a Direkt7 ticket as your most affordable option. You must plan on spending at least one Saturday overnight. Direkt7 tickets cannot be changed and are nonrefundable within seven days of departure.

  8. Step 8

Book a Direkt0 flight as your most flexible option. Direkt0 flights are fully refundable up to the day of departure. Direkt0 tickets are also offered at a 50 percent family discount.

  9. Find Great Deals

  10. Step 1

Look for inexpensive campaign flights online. These are ideal for budget travelers who are flexible about their travel dates and times. Select your desired departure and destination locations and select the week you would like to travel. The search will result in a timetable citing dates, times, ticket classes and prices. Flights labeled "KAMPANJ" are campaign flights.

  11. Step 2

View a price list of all ticket options for a specific point-to-point route. Prices are listed in Swedish kronors (SEK), and ticket descriptions are in Swedish. Please refer to the next section on ticket details.

  12. Step 3

Purchase tickets in bulk if you are a commuter or plan on taking several trips in a year. Bulk tickets are always Direkt0, and purchasing more than 10 can save you up to 30 percent off the regular fare. Bulk tickets are not assigned to a specific passenger name, are fully refundable and are valid for one year from purchase.

  13. Step 4

Provide a valid email address when you purchase your ticket online. DirectFlyg will send your itinerary and booking reference number to that address. DirectFlyg does not issue paper tickets to online customers.

  14. Hop on Board

  15. Step 1

Stay within DirectFlyg's baggage allowance to avoid extra fees. One passenger is allowed a single 8 kg carry-on bag and a single 20 kg checked bag.

  16. Step 2

Check in with proper identification and travel documents. Online customers must bring their booking reference numbers in lieu of paper tickets.

  17. Step 3

Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to check in. DirectFlyg reserves the right to deny travel to passengers who try to check in once the counter is closed.
