UTair is an airline based in Tyumen, Russia. Originally founded to support Siberia's oil and gas industry, it has hubs in Khanty-Mansiysk Airport, Tyumen Airport, Vnukovo International Airport and Noyabrsk Airport.

Book and Purchase Your Ticket

Step1
Book your ticket online at UTair's Web site (see Resources below). Note that you will need to know some Russian to book online. The booking portion of the Web site is in Russian only.
Step2
Call UTair to book your ticket over the phone at 011 (+7) 3462 770 369.
Step3
Book and purchase your ticket at a UTair office. Note that the office provides delivery service if you are purchasing a ticket for someone in a different city. Check the Web site for the UTair office closest to you.
Step4
Consider using a travel agency for ease and convenience. Allow for the added cost of the agent's commission.
Step5
Choose a destination within Russia. UTair flies to the following cities: Cheboksary, Ekaterinburg, Adler, Sochi, Belgorod, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Khanty Mansiysk, Kogalym, Krasnodar, Kursk, Magnitogorsk, Makhackala, Mineralyne Vody, Moscow, Nizhnevartovsk, Noyabrsk, Novosibirsk, Novy Urengoy, Omsk, Rostov, Samara, St. Petersburg, Surgut, Syktyvkar, Tyumen, Ufa, Ukhta, Uraj and Usinsk.

Fly UTair Outside Russia

Step1
See the rest of the world. UTair makes international flights to the following cities: Bishkek, Gyandzha, Kiev and Munich.
Step2
Check UTair's regulations and requirements for international passengers, such as pieces of luggage allowed, luggage weight and allowances for children. Contact the airline or visit the Web site.

Know the Policies of UTair

Step1
Be aware, when booking your ticket, that you will be expected to choose a tariff. Tariffs depend on such things as your flight route and ticket class. The nine tariff possibilities are grouped into normal and privileged categories.
Step2
Be aware that UTair now offers middle-class passengers the opportunity to purchase tickets on credit. The airline expects loyal patronage in return for the service. Check with the airline for conditions.

Be aware that if you travel with a child on an international flight, you will need a letter of attorney from one or both parents giving permission for the child to travel abroad.
Step4
Know that if you don't use your ticket, you can ask for an exchange or a refund within one year of purchase.
