Eurofly is an airline based in Italy that caters to executive clients. It outfits its planes with office equipment as well as other creature comforts. The airline has been in operation for more than 40 years and is known for reliability.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Passport
  • Visa

Check Out Eurofly

Step1
Call the airline in Italy at 011 (+39) 800-35-9847 to book your charter flight.
Step2
Choose from Eurofly's fleet of 16 planes, among them Falcon, Lear and Cessna jets. These planes generally have between 4 and 15 plush leather seats in a cabin.
Step3
Instead of paying a set price, you must request a quote directly from Eurofly, either on the company's Web site (see Resources below) or by phone. You can even book a plane for just yourself. It's that kind of customized service that makes the price variable.
Step4
Book a jet from any point of departure to any destination. Your entire trip on Eurofly is up to you. Because the planes are small, they can land in small, regional airports that larger airlines cannot use.

Get Ready for Your Flight on Eurofly

Step1
Specify a pilot when you book your travel. Eurofly allows this option, so if you have developed a relationship with one of the carrier's pilots, you can request that person in your booking contract.
Step2
Travel in style. Among the many amenities offered by Eurofly are champagne, whatever food you order (up to an hour before takeoff), a DVD player, fax machine, satellite phone and cashmere blankets.
Step3
Check the weather forecast a few days before your flight. The upside of traveling in a private jet is privacy and service. The downside is being rocked by severe weather. Eurofly will not fly under treacherous conditions.
Step4
Prepare for a long trip. Some Eurofly jets can fly nonstop from Rome to any location in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and even Brazil.

Tips & Warnings

  • 011 is the dialing prefix used for telephoning abroad from the United States. If you're calling from another country, check which international dialing prefix to use. All country codes are within parentheses and begin with a “+” sign.
  • Eurofly allows, and even seems to encourage, business meetings aboard its planes. If you want to leave a lasting impression on potential clients, this is how to do it.
  • You cannot book your flight through the airline's Web site.
  • Stretch beforehand. Tall people especially should be aware that the cabins of these planes are roughly 6-feet tall. A person can lie down to stretch his or her legs, but a long trip without standing at all might be uncomfortable.
