    Get to Know Air Nepal International's Flight Schedule

      Book flights to Bangkok, Thailand, or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Air Nepal International flies from Bangkok to Kathmandu early in the week, Kathmandu to Kuala Lumpur and back during midweek and between all three cities at the end of the week. There are currently no weekend flights.

      Use Air Nepal International to fly to the Middle East with weekly flights from Kathmandu to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, from Dubai to Doha, Qatar, and from Doha back to Kathmandu.

      Change your money. The currency of Nepal, the Nepali rupee, is available only in Nepal. Be sure to exchange currency immediately to pay for taxis, visas or other expenses you may incur upon arrival.

      Obtain an entry visa. Travelers may get a visa before arrival from an embassy or consulate. For visitors staying in Nepal for an extended period, you may purchase a visa valid for 2 months upon arriving in Kathmandu.

  • Take licensed taxis when traveling in Nepal, and always negotiate the fare with the driver before entering the cab.
