Book Travel from Tallinn to Riga

Arrive in Tallinn by train by booking affordable tickets at the "Express to Russia" Web site (see Resources below). You can also call to book tickets at 800-553-9034.
Step2
Book bus tickets at the Eurolines Web site (see Resources below). You can call at 011 (+371) 721 40 80.
Step3
Go to the bus station from the train station. There's an excellent and inexpensive bus connection that will take you from Tallinn to Riga. This is becoming the preferred way to go between the 2 cities.
Step4
Think about changing your route. While it's no longer possible to go directly from Tallinn to Riga on the train, you can return to St. Petersburg from Tallinn and then take a very comfortable overnight train to Riga.
