Fruity goodness is yours when you make a non-alcoholic Peach Melba. Peaches and vanilla ice cream are just made to go together, as this summertime favorite has proven time and time again. Whip one up for those hot afternoons on the porch. Read on to learn how to make a non-alcoholic Peach Melba.

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup peach nectar
Step1
Ready a blender for use. Thoroughly wash the peach and the blackberries.
Step2
Pour the peach nectar in the blender. Add the vanilla ice cream and mix on low speed.
Step3
Slice up a peach and add the slices to the mix. Continue blending the ingredients.
Step4
Pour in the blackberries. Use a low speed setting to finish mixing the ingredients.
Step5
Pour the fruit mixture into a highball glass. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
Step6
Serve immediately.

Tips & Warnings

  • A highball glass is a tall straight-sided glass that resembles a drinking glass. You can use just about any kind of glass for this drink, although a hurricane glass would be well-suited to the fruity nature and frosty texture of the non-alcoholic Peach Melba.
  • Experiment with different kinds of berries as the garnish or try adding real vanilla extract to change up the flavor.
  • Do not reach into the blender while it is plugged in. Disconnect the blender from its power source if attempting to service.
