How to find the right hairstyle for your face

All of us want what we can't have--I've dreamed of having Bernadette Peters' mop for years. But we all have to resign to what our hair wants--and doesn't want--in order to secure our perfect, manageable, gorgeous locks.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy
Step1
If your hair is curly, go with it. Straight--beautiful. Wavy, even better. Just go with what it wants--its natural inclination is far more powerful than any product or hairdresser.
Step2
If you have a wider face, always wear a style which doesn't add more bulk. A medium-length, stick-straight do would be perfect.
Step3
If your face is long, every hairstyle you even consider should be shoulder length or shorter--anything longer will hang-dog you even more.
Step4
If you feel old and haggy, cut a bang--instant youth! Also, a cute bang creates a "hair outfit" even when you're lazy and ponytailed.
Step5
If you have none of these problems and feel completely perfect and desire a long mane, consider a large-barrel body wave. This will mean that even when you don't "do" your hair, it will still have a style!
