Just because you don't drink alcohol, doesn't mean you can't join in the fun of this popular Cuban drink. The alcoholic version of this drink was a favorite of American novelist Ernest Hemingway. Read on to learn how to make a non-alcoholic Mojito.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 3 mint leaves
  • Club soda
  • Dash of lime juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • Ice
  • Dash of lime juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • Ice
  • 3 mint leaves
  • Club soda
Step1
Muddle two mint leaves, dash of lime juice and sugar in the bottom of a tall glass.
Step2
Fill the glass with ice.
Step3
Fill the glass with club soda and the dash of lime juice.
Step4
Garnish with the last mint leaf.

Tips & Warnings

  • Fresh mint leaves are a must for this drink.
  • Serve in a decorative glass or a tall, slender glass for a nice presentation.
