The non-alcoholic strawberry daiquiri is a version of the original daiquiri drink, which was invented in Santiago, Cuba. This sweet, fruity drink is great for special occasions, especially during the summer or while on vacation. Read on to learn how to make a non-alcoholic strawberry daiquiri.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Dash of lime juice
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1 fresh strawberry
  • Splash of lemon-lime soda

Step1
Combine the frozen strawberries, lemon-lime soda, lime juice, sugar and ice in a blender.
Step2
Blend on high-speed until smooth.
Step3
Pour into a decorative glass.
Step4
Slice a fresh strawberry down the middle and use as a garnish.

Tips & Warnings

  • Rim the glass with powdered sugar for an even sweeter treat. Or, top with whipped cream.
  • If the concoction is too thick, add a few splashes of water to smooth it.
  • Make sure you cover the blender.
