  • 3 oz. light rum
  • 4 oz. coconut milk
  • 2 tsp. crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups ice
  • Pineapple wedge

      Combine all ingredients into a blender.

      Blend for two minutes or until the mixture is smooth.

      Pour the drink into a tall glass.

      Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Tips & Warnings

  • There are several pre-made Piña Colada mixes available. There are frozen cans of mix in the freezer section of your grocery store and there are bottles available at your local liquor store.

  • Garnishing with a cherry is also nice.

  • Don't drink and drive.

  • Don't make this with dark rum, only light rum.
