How to Make a Crantini

Crantini is a refreshing cocktail best suited for entertaining guests and goes very well with a Thanksgiving meal. It is quite popular because most people find it remarkably relaxing after a hard day's work. Though there are several variations to the basic recipe, a Crantini, also known as a Cranberry Martini, can be made quickly (within two minutes) with only a few ingredients, easily available in most households.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Ice cubes
  • Cranberry juice
  • Vodka
  • Lemon slices
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Martini glass
  • 2 fl. oz. vodka
  • 4 oz. ice cubes
  • Martini shaker or Cocktail shaker
  • 3 fl. oz. cranberry juice
  • A slice of lemon for garnishing
  • Martini glass
  1. Step 1

    Fill up a Martini or cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Step 2

    Pour cranberry juice and vodka over ice.

  3. Step 3

    Shake and strain it into a Martini glass.

  4. Step 4

    Garnish with a lemon slice before serving.

Tips & Warnings
  • Add a splash of orange liqueur such as Cointreau or Grand Mariner for variations
  • Just before serving, add 4 fl. oz. lemon-lime soda, stir and serve.
  • Garnish with a few cranberries soaked in vodka.
