Things You'll Need
- Blender
- 4 cups of chopped, peeled lemons
- Lime juice
- A lime
- Coarse salt
- Sugar
- 4 cups of ice cubes
- Mugs
- Lemons

Peel several lemons, but do not discard the rinds. Chop the fruit into large chunks and remove any seeds.

Slice a lime into wheels. Set aside the wheels to use as a garnish.

Put 4 cups chopped lemons and 4 cups ice cubes into a blender. Using a coarse setting, grind up the fruit and ice.

Add lime juice, coarse salt and sugar to taste. Start with small, equal amounts of these ingredients and sample the mixture as you go.

Use a finer setting on the blender to blend the ingredients until smooth. The consistency of the finished non-alcoholic lemon Margarita resembles a slush.

Pour mixture into a mug. Arrange a long, narrow strip of lemon peel on the top of the beverage, and then garnish with a lime wheel.

Make a non-alcoholic Margarita like a pro. Chill your mugs before use. The frost can also help you rim the edges of the mugs with salt or sugar.
You can also blend all of the ingredients except for the ice together and then pour the mixture over shaved or crushed ice.
This results in a very tart drink. Consider adding more sugar to the finished mixture.
