The Cosmo is not just for happy hour anymore. Make a non-alcoholic Cosmopolitan and look like a New York sophisticate. The rich color of this drink is accented by the sparkling bubbles of the club soda, while the lemon wedge provides a heady burst of citrus each time you take a drink.
Things You'll Need
- Large jug or pitcher
- Cocktail glasses
- A lemon
- 4 cups of cranberry juice cocktail
- 4 cups of club soda
- ¼ cup of lime juice
- Cranberry juice cocktail
- Lime juice
- Club soda
Cut the lemon into wedges for the standard Cosmopolitan garnish.
Pour the cranberry juice cocktail into a large jug or pitcher. Add the club soda.
Pour in the lime juice. Mix the ingredients and stick the container in the refrigerator.
Serve the non-alcoholic Cosmopolitan chilled in cocktail glasses. Garnish the glass with a lemon wedge.
Tips & Warnings
- A cocktail glass is the glass of choice for the real Cosmopolitan. For a touch of subtle (and geeky) humor, serve a non-alcoholic Cosmopolitan in a jelly jar or a graduated chemical flask.
- Another nice garnish for the non-alcoholic Cosmopolitan is a twist of lemon or orange peel arranged tastefully on the edge of the glass.
