  2. Step 2

Make a numbered list of Bluetooth features you want. Once you find out the possibilities, make a prioritized list of the features you’d be interesting in having in your Bluetooth enabled phone.

Decide on a budget. To narrow your research, you should decide on how much you want to spend before you start browsing.

  4. Step 4

Choose a provider. If you have a contract already or have a preferred network, you’ll want to look for phones that are compatible with that company.

  5. Step 5

Price accessories. Headsets and adapters can vary in price. A cheap phone may have expensive accessories and add-ons. Find out what works with which phone and what makes the most sense for the devices you already have .

  6. Step 6

Browse. Do a quick Web search for Bluetooth enabled phones or go down to the dealer to look at available models. Take note of features and prices and write down model names that interest you.

  7. Step 7

Research, research, research. Get on the Internet and find as many user reviews and comparisons as you can for each model you are interested in. Take notes of pros and cons of each model as well as any quirks and perks.

  8. Step 8

Make a confident purchase. Once you are sure about what you want, buy it.
