Step1
Spend some time getting to know each other’s bodies simply with looking and light touching.

Touch each other using as many different body parts as you can—fingers, toes, hands, feet and even hair, breasts and genitals.

Use different techniques on different parts of the body—stroke the legs and arms, rub the stomach and chest, pinch the nipples lightly, stroke the inner thighs.
Step4
Hold off on touching the genital region for as long as possible, to heighten the sexual tension.
Step5
When you and your partner can’t wait any more, begin caressing each other’s genitals.

Men can stroke the labia, vagina and clitoris with the fingers and hands—try lots of different techniques and remember to be gentle at first. For example, tease the labia between thumb and forefinger, or run your fingers around the entrance to her vagina.
Step7
Women can stroke the penis and scrotum with fingers and hands—for example, start by wrapping the hand around the base of the penis and gripping firmly, then slide the hand up to the head of the penis and rub the palm of your hand lightly over it. Gently rub or squeeze the scrotum in your other hand.
Step8
Remember to listen to your partner—when you discover a technique they like, you’ll be able to hear it in their voice and breathing, so take note for future occasions.
