Using a vibrator for foreplay can get you excited and ready for sex in just a short time. Vibrators come in all shapes, sizes and colors, so it's easy to find one that suits you. Have fun and experiment with the different levels of vibration.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A vibrator
  • Personal lubricant
  1. Step 1

    Recline in a comfortable position.

  2. Step 2

Use personal lubricant on the tip of the vibrator to help it enter.

  3. Step 3

Slowly ease the "head" end of the vibrator in to your vagina or anus.

  4. Step 4

Turn the vibrator on at the lowest speed.

  5. Step 5

Slide it in and out of your vagina or anus until you are ready for intercourse.

  6. Step 6

Turn up the speed on the vibrator as you like.

  7. Step 7

Don’t forget to involve your partner in the process!

Tips & Warnings
  • Thoroughly clean your vibrator before and after every use in hot, soapy water. Take the batteries out before you wash your vibrator.
  • Let your vibrator air dry so that it doesn't wind up with lint on it from a towel or paper product.
  • Always use a vibrator-safe personal lubricant (water based) when using the vibrator to minimize the likelihood of discomfort.
  • Remember to keep your partner involved.
  • Take the batteries out of your vibrator before you store it.
  • If you want to use your vibrator in both your anus and vagina, either put a condom on it (and change the condom before switching orifices) or wash the vibrator in between.

on 6/24/2009 Vibrators can be an excellent way to begin to introduce sex toys into your sex life. A vibrator can be used many different ways. Penetration is not always necessary. In fact using a vibrator directly on or around the clitoris can be a very sexy way to an intense orgasm. Including your partner can only intensify the feelings.

Do not leave out your man! He will appreciate some vibrator attention on his **** as well.
